Maccreanor Lavington-designed all-affordable scheme set to cut bills by 80% a year
Construction of the UK’s first all-affordable Passivhaus certified housing development has got under way in Rainham, Essex.
Rainham Passive Housing scheme, designed by architect Maccreanor Lavington, will comprise 51 affordable rented homes with a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All the homes are designed to comply with Lifetime Homes, the London Housing Design Guide and Code for Sustainable Homes level 4. Developed by Circle Housing Group and Climate Energy Homes,
